Who makes the shawls?
Our lead artisan Aydarus, based in Mukalla, Yemen. Every piece is handwoven by him or under his direct supervision.

What is the material?
Our shawls are made from an acrylic-polyester blend — lightweight, durable, and easy to care for.

How do I care for my shawl?
Hand wash cold. Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry or iron on high heat.

What are the dimensions?
180cm x 60cm (71" x 24"). One size fits all. Unisex.

Do you restock sold out pieces?
Limited pieces are not restocked. World Cup Collection pieces are limited to 20 per design. Once they're gone they're gone.

How long does shipping take?
3-5 business days domestically. 7-14 business days internationally.

Can I return my order?
Due to the handmade nature of our products all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged. Contact us within 48 hours if that happens.
